Timeline:

PHASE ONE: Nomination Registrations

February 1 - April 30, 2025

• Nominees register and nominate their own podcast (those with an RSS feed).
• One category nomination per show per registration.
• During this time, we will also be accepting Sponsors.

PHASE #2: Voting

May 1 to May 31, 2025 at 6PM

• This is when podcasters share about the awards and ask their audience, colleagues, fans and supporters to vote for their show. Content and images to help you spread the news are provided inside the Awards Resources Hub.

June 2025 Award Winners Announced

• Announcement dates will depend on the number of nominees and processing time. It will occur sometime in the later half of June 2025.
• Winners will be notified asked to attend a ceremony on zoom to be presented with their award.
• WINNERS: Recipients have 1 minute to accept the award, including a description of their podcast or applicable information. GO HERE if you need help with making a concise description or bio.
• Category sponsors will present the awards to the winners during our awards ceremony. Sponsors will introduce themselves and their podcast (1 minute) and then present the award to the recipient.
• If the podcast host is not able to make it to the online zoom awards ceremony, the sponsor of the category will read the winner’s description.

Winners Officially Announced: Late JUNE 2025

• Winners will be announced and the ceremony will be distributed for listening & viewing through our podcast, channel, socials & email.
