How do the Women Podcasters Awards work?

This is a people choice style of awards, not a judged awards. You will ask for votes for your show during the voting phase. Upon registering, you will get access to a nominee hub where you can access all the updates, information and resources.

Who can submit a nomination?

We don't allow submissions from assistants, VAs, networks or 3rd parties of any kind. Submissions must only be submitted by the host and owner of a podcast.

What are some of the changes in 2025?

We have Nominations are per person, not per podcast. Each person who wants to be nominated must sumbit separately.

When are nominations open?

Nominations are open from February 1st - April 30th. Once you register, you can share about your nomination during this time, but don't ask for votes yet until May 1st - 31st.

When does voting happen?

Voting happens from May 1st - May 31st. Share your nomination with your audience and ask them to vote for you. We have lots of resources in the Women Podcasters Nominee Hub to help you spread the word, including a images, swipe copy, a badge to put on your website, show notes or in your signature, and more.

How long will we have access to the nominee resources?
