Her career spans national and local TV, science non-profits, and academia. After leaving local TV, she joined Sinclair Broadcasting, producing content for The National Weather Desk. She single-handedly produces, hosts and edits Off the Radar podcast, transforming complex science topics into captivating storytelling. Based in Charleston, SC, she creates her podcast from her backyard "weather shed".
