She Goes by Jane tells the stories of America's missing and unidentified women through episodes that honor women and their lives without focusing on gratuitous violence or perpetrators. Each episode features an original poem by Aimée Baker read by a special guest in honor of the person in the episode.

Aimée Baker is the award-winning author of the book Doe. And subject of the documentary SHE. Aimee writes about violence against women, true crime literature, and ethics in true crime writing. Her work has been Best American Essays notables and appeared in both print and online publications including Guernica, The Southern Review, The Massachusetts Review, and more. She has been an invited reader and lecturer at universities thoughout the USA.
