Awards Nominations

The Women Podcasters Awards are an international people’s choice style of awards event. Our mission is to elevate women’s voices globally and within the podcasting industry. This is an opportunity for participants to gain visibility, engage their audiences, and connect with other creators.

Phase 1: Nominations

February 1 until April 30, 2025 at 6PM PT / 9PM ET

Nominate yourself as a Podcaster, Broadcaster, Producer or Expert Guest. Read the Rules & Regulations for more details about how it works.

Instructions:

  • STEP #1: Submit your nomination payment. One nominee, one podcaster, one podcast and one category per registration.
  • STEP #2: Fill out the Nomination Registration Form. You will be redirected to the form upon submitting your payment.
  • STEP #3: Login to the Nominee Resources Hub to find tools & trainings for making the most out of participating in the awards.
  • STEP #4: Sharing Your Nomination & Voting.

Please Read:

  • Nominations are per person, not per podcast or show. One person and one podcast per nomination. If you have co-hosts, they can submit separately.
  • Upon submitting your payment, you must complete Step #2: Fill out the Nomination Form to complete your nomination.
  • When you're finished your payment, you will be automatically sent to a page with important information, including the form link.
  • There will also be a link to the Awards Resources Hub where you can find all the updates, info, resources, images, badge and other assets to help you with getting the most out of your nomination and participating in the awards.
  • You can share about your nomination throughout the awards process.
  • From May 1st - May 31st you will ask for votes. We will provide resources to help you with sharing and asking for votes.

Category:

  • Only Podcasters have categories: Choose one category for submission. See the categories here.
  • Best Broadcaster, Producer and Expert Guests do not have categories.

Important:

  • Please use the same email address in your purchase that you will also use in the registration form to follow in Step #2, so we can match your purchase to your form. If youre email address is different from the one used in the purchase, there is a space to clarify that in the form.
  • NOMINATIONS: The full submission, including the name and email address, must be that of the nominee, not an assistant, VA, network or 3rd parties of any kind. In other words, submissions must only be submitted by the host and owner of the podcast or broadcast, or similarly, the guest or producer directly. The nominee needs to agree to the terms in the form in step 2, and we need to communicate with the nominee directly throughout the awards process, among other reasons.
  • STAY SUBSCRIBED THROUGHOUT THE AWARDS: We communicate vital information with the nominees throughout the awards, so it's critical that you stay subscribed so you can receive needed information.   • A person or entity cannont be both a nominee and a sponsor.

Cost:

Before March 15: $25 (February 1 - March 15th)

After March 15: $35 (March 15th - April 30th at 6PM)
